Welcome to Smart Medicure. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Smart Medicure website (https://www.smartmedicure.com/) and your purchase of any products from us. By accessing or using our website and/or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products.
2. Products and Services
Smart Medicure manufactures and sells advanced medical rehabilitation equipment, including but not limited to robotic spinal decompression tables, chiropractic drop tables, physiotherapy treatment tables, and related accessories. All products are Made in India at our facility in Surat, Gujarat.
- Product Information: While we strive for accuracy, product descriptions, specifications, and images on our website are for informational purposes only and may not be entirely accurate or complete. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
- Pricing: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or installation fees unless expressly stated.
- Availability: Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Orders and Payments
- Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. All orders are subject to acceptance by Smart Medicure. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
- Payment: A 50% advance against the proforma invoice confirms the order, and the balance is due before dispatch, unless your quotation says otherwise. We accept bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/SWIFT) and secure online payment links (cards, UPI, net banking) through our payment gateway partners. All payment transactions are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways. Smart Medicure does not store your full payment card details.
- Invoicing: An invoice will be provided for all successful purchases.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery Locations: We ship our products across India and worldwide. Delivery to your location is confirmed in your quotation.
- Delivery Time: Our estimated delivery time is 15–30 days for tables and machines (depending on configuration) and about 10 days for portable drops, from the date of order confirmation. These are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or logistical challenges.
- Shipping Costs: All prices are ex-works from our factory in Surat. Freight, insurance, customs duty and all other shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
- Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for products purchased from Smart Medicure pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses incurred during shipping by third-party carriers.
- Inspection upon Delivery: You must inspect all products immediately upon delivery. Any claims for damage or shortages must be reported to the carrier and to Smart Medicure within 24 hours of receipt.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6. Warranty and Support
- Warranty: All Smart Medicure products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, effective from the date of delivery.
- Technical Assistance: We offer lifetime free telephonic technical assistance for all our products. For support, please contact us as detailed on our Contact page.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorised modifications, improper installation, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Smart Medicure or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Medicure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the website; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the website; (c) any content obtained from the website; and (d) unauthorised access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Surat, Gujarat, India, in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The courts in Surat, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising from or relating to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
